I had to evacuate my home in Florida due to hurricane Milton, myself and 2 other family members booked at this hotel. We drove from Florida to Georgia took us 8 1/2 hours, as we tried to book in we were told our reservations have been cancelled for unforeseen circumstances. No phone call, no email. We were a family of 14 misplaced from the hurricane and reservations cancelled with no notice.

I booked this hotel because I was evacuationed from hurricane. Ater driving thru the night, I arrived and they said they had cancelled all online reservations. Said he had one room could might let me have. It was nasty and bedspreads unclean, smelled ever worse. I noticed cleaning lady going in and out of rooms with cigarette hanging out her mouth. He then referred me to place up the road and said would be same cost. (turns out it wasn't) His cancelling did me a favor. It did not look safe and the uncleanliness made me want to throw up. Felt I needed a shower after that. There was nothing luxurious about this place.

Nothing , the boy was nice at the front desk.

They need to invest in their business. No soap no toilet paper no clean rooms . I was scared to sleep without my shoes on . It was terrible do not recommend for anyone .

Holes in walls, no towels, no soap, no shower curtain, no ice. Afraid car would be stolen to sleep.

Nothing terrible experience.

Did not end up staying room had cockroaches and staina on the sheet. This hotel is not safe

Great stay better than expected

Front desk staff was helpful and very welcoming. Great property location; close to shopping and slot of restaurants.
