Got to the property and immediately felt unsafe. Front desk guy didn’t show up for ten minutes . After I got to my room it was unclean , had weird noises going on, and an odd smell. Very much a one star hotel with guests that made me feel unsafe . Left immediately and didn’t get a refund

This property is dirty and broken. When K arrived, I was given a room that smelled like cigarettes when I specifically asked for a non-smoking room in my reservation. I let it slide but what I found was that the bathroom did not have a lightbulb and had to be replaced. One of the hotel staff said they were going to send a maintenance guy but never did. The heater doesn’t work so there were sleepless and freezing nights. The bathroom sink was leaking water as I tried watching my hands. But the worst part was that there were no new towels left to use. The towels in the restroom were from the last person who stayed in the room. And housekeeping never came to clean the room. Overall, this property is broken and I would avoid staying here.

The towels and beds were filthy plus no heat and tvs cracked screens. Drug distributions on property and no one ever at the desk for help. No working phones toliets didn't work and rat holes chewed into my pillowcase. Want a refundfor nights stayed there. Tbis is the worst place ive ever been too i would've been better and cleaner staying outside on the streets.

Disgusting, unhelpful and refused a refund for broken appliances and power issues in some rooms including mine.

That was nothing that I liked none of the rooms was clean. The shower head didn't work. No water in toilet to flush after you used it. But the manager turned it off. Two of the rooms didn't have any heat. I asked for a refund and the manager wouldn't give it to me. Im very angry about the stay there. It's the most disgusting very dirty unclear germ bacteria place that I had stayed in

The location is good proximity to shopping centers and restaurants near by. The room was clean bathroom was clean WiFi was excellent.
