Richland Inn

The had to move us right away because there was no lights. Once they moved us the bathroom was disgusting. We had to get towels even after we ask for them the second night and never did get them for the third. Plan and simple it was the very worst place I ever stayed. Don’t recommend it to any one.

Great job by staff

Not a great experience. Rented 2 rooms rooms were clean however the air conditioners in both rooms barely worked and in one of the rooms it was so loud that you couldn’t sleep. Not a great rate for the money spent

The manager was very nice. The property is under renovations but was overall decent.

We enjoyed our stay at the Richland Inn. What stood out the most was the diligence of the manager, Sonny Patel. He and the staff were prompt and friendly. Thank you!

They are working on it. When I stayed there, May 2023, the place was undergoing renovations. Most of the people staying there were contractors from CA working on the job. They already put new siding up, but the doors were old and faded. The parking lot is too steep to safely park a motorcycle. They are splitting the motel into a long term care residence for Medicaid rates and daily/weekly/monthly rentals. Hard to find, the address implies it is on Scalp Av, but it is behind a closed and abandoned banquet hall (connected) at the same address. See brown sign, turn before Dairy Queen. Not as bad as it looked at first. No complaints given the reasonable price.

This hotel should be removed from hotels.com. They can not provide service when they do not have staff on-site. When traveling with my family we had no choice to abandon our reservation and find another place to stay. Stay away from this scam of a hotel.

First they don’t know which room is clean and available for guests, they’re doing renovations and I ended up with unfinished room which I had replaced it. Coffee maker not clean and couldn’t make coffee. Big glass window by stairs made me uncomfortable and didn’t feel with privacy, I didn’t see this kind of setup before for a hotel room.
