Valued Stay Aloha

We stayed at this location during graduation. It was the only place we could find that was somewhat affordable. That being said, this place is absolutely not worth what we paid. They tripled the prices for graduation weekend knowing that parents and family of students don't have many options. If this hotel were $60 a night, I would say it was worth the expense. But for what we paid and how poor the accommodations were, definitely not worth the expense. I hope they lower their prices and are more honest about what they offer. Staff are basically unavailable. You use a code to come and go. Breakfast is barebones. Mostly packaged muffins and bars. There was duct tape holding parts of the stair trim together. There was duct tape on ceiling fixtures. Corners looked grimy. Beds were fine, but some small stains on the sheets.

The noise and people around cause an issue. Also the incident that happened and the party that was victim was not given proper treatment since the other was the one who actually instigated and cause the incident to escalate.

I want my security deposit back

The bathroom wasn't clean. There was hair on the floor and in the tub. The bathroom smelled like cigarettes. The sheets had stains on them and there was no matteess protector.

Terrible. The smell through out the building , red stains on bed comforter. Whole 1st floor under remodel, washers , stained smelly mattresses, randomly in the walkway. Experienced all on the this within 5 minutes , asked for a refund , owner refused.

Room was very clean. It will be nice once all the renovations are done.

The hotel is run down but under renovation. The room was clean and the breakfast area was clean. Very little for B-fast but the coffee was good. Halls were not clean due to renovations under way. I would not stay again, unless I needed to avoid paying much. I prefer a little bit more luxurious stay, and this hotel has seedy past and still feels a little that way. Nevertheless, the staff were nice, the room was clean, I slept well and all went fine. Seems the owner is trying to make changes for the better.
