Elevator was not working, it was terrible being on the 8 th floor. They did not give access to the stairway. Waiting for the elevator was terrible.

The only positive part of this experience was having Regina (assistant manager) assist us and she was very welcoming. We were able to lock up our bags in a secure room until check in time. When we went to check in at 2:53pm, a staff member asked how he could help me. I asked if I could check in, he then turned to his female co-worker and started a conversation and proceeded to ignore me. Then I was told by another staff member, Nestor that the rooms weren’t going to be ready until 3pm. Was not welcoming or friendly once we could check in 7 minutes later. You need to be very aware of your surroundings when walking around the area. Will not stay at this property again nor recommend it.

It was the second time we used this hotel in 10 days (upon arriving and departing from LA). This time we asked for a quiet room on the first floor. We got one but we got queen beds even though we had paid for king beds. The sink was not working properly & the windows were dirty. If more cleaning was done this hotel would not be bad at all. Next tie I will look for something else ...

We were there two nights on our way to San Diego. Overall it was not bad but the room was not quite what was shown on the pictures given on Expedia. It was extremely noisy & so bad that we had to go buy some ear plugs in order to sleep the second night. One very good thing: it is very convenient: only few minutes from the car rentals and maybe 10 minutes from LAX if you come directly from the airport.

Had booked rhe hotel for 4 nights only stayed there for one the smell of this place was horrible as soon I opened my room door there was a bad smell . I would not recommend this place to no one
