Decent location. Nice staff

Bathroom tub/shower were substandard. Bathroom mirror above sink was too high for my wife to be able to use. No countertop and negligible shelf space in bathroom. No usable cabinet/shelves in room.

I loved the location of the motel. Within walking distance to lots of cute shops and dining options.

Hamilton is a quiet, quaint town and this property fits in well. Small with about a dozen rooms, 2-floors, ample parking for the number of rooms. It is located on Main St., walkable to most anything that is "Hamilton". The younger couple owning the property have made significant effort in renovations. Outside is fresh, with noticeable obvious upgrades in the room I stayed. 2 Queen beds were comfortable, bathroom small, but clean; kitchenette was a surprise. Communication between staff was mostly through text, with reminders and personal messages regarding a couple of questions I had prior to check-in. Mary was kind enough in allowing an early check-in at no charge, but my checkout time reminder made mention of $30/hr after 11. The property provides more than the basics for a nice visit.

Located in a small and very clean town! Loved the extra touches: a tote bag to keep, a list of local businesses to visit that would have special offers for us since we weee staying there, and more. AC also worked very well.

Pros: easy parking, convenient location Cons: Broken window shades in room, flashing flood light (broken sensor) outside bedroom window kept us awake, and bathroom badly in need of repair. See picture of bathroom. Overall disappointed with stay here.

The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The room service was perfect.

We didn't feel very comfortable. The hotel is located on a busy road. The rooms are getting on in years and the beds are coming to the end of their useful life. The price is to expensive.
