The owner, Mary, was so inviting and accommodating! Staff was reliable and helpful! The rooms are cozy and comfortable and great location!

-Impeccably clean (to the degree of perfection), with freshly painted walls and attractive flooring and wallpaper. -Sleek, upscale bathroom fixtures with a nice showerhead -Calming, pleasant scent within the room and on the linens and towels; smelled like a spa -Friendly front desk receptionist

-The mattress on the bed ranks as one of the top 5 firmest mattresses we've ever slept on (and we travel a lot). There is zero cushion and felt like lying on a brick, resulting in very sore hips and backs the next day; we slept very little. The mattress does not feel old/outdated, but rather just unreasonably firm - to the bizarre extreme! This is the sole reason why we just cannot stay here again. -Nightstands are far too short for the height of the bed; made it difficult to grab things on the nightstand -Furniture is a hodpodge of items that don't really go together; the desk chair is unstable and uncomfortable. My husband nearly toppled over when getting up from it. -Shower water did not get hot enough, for my preference (another reviewer also mentioned this) -No luggage rack; we had to put our bags on the floor

I enjoyed the room and the town. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was a little small. The discounts around town were fun.

There was no breakfast option.

This is the best place to stay when visiting Hamilton, by far. I was there recently for an elk hunting trip and I cannot say enough good things about this place. The owners (Greg and Mary) were extremely helpful in making sure my stay was awesome. From the advice on where to eat or where to find a butcher to process my elk, they were there for me. The rooms are extremely clean and modern, and I really loved the bed. The location is perfect as I was able to walk to restaurants and shops during my downtime. This will be my go to place from now on when visiting Hamilton.
