"Big room but not very clean and the building smells like cigarettes"

The rooms were kinda big

We entered the building and it smelled like straight cigarettes even tho it’s a no smoking building, our room also smelled like cigarettes as we entered the room

I never stayed there. The place looked like it was frequented by hookers so i just ate the cost and went somewhere else. The pictures on the web looked nothing like the actual place

The area

The fact that my TV did not work at all and I told them they didn't resolve it I didn't have any towels no toiletries and they tried saying I was wrong it was heartbreaking they didn't compensate me at all they didn't switch my rooms I just was very confused because they're usually never like that I don't know what's going on now but all I know is I deserve something in return I wasted $200 for nothing

The sheets had a cut in them and they blamed us for it when we always go there to stay this has never happened
