Location was what I wanted. No breakfast. Staff was exceptional

Parking was a little tight on back side

At this point, nothing.

The minute I drove into the parking lot, I saw the bar in the middle of the motel parking lot. I immediately went to the management of The Village and asked him if you can here the music in the motel. He didn't hesitate. He said yes. He said you could hear the music all night. His wife came from the back and agreed with him by nodding her head. He suggested that I get a room down the road. (Which his sister owned). He said he could not give me a refund and to take it up with booking.com. When they contacted him, he said that there was no music playing and that I didn't even try to check in. Basically calling me a liar. I am still working with booking to get this awful awful place off of booking and forcan apology from the owner and my money back for a room I never used. Everyone local at the workshop I attended knew what a run-down, noisy dive it was. They all apologized that I had to go through that.

Great value stay, clean and well kept rooms, very convenient. As other reviewers have notes, you can hear the nearby bar from the room (at least on Friday night when is stayed), but it was exactly what I needed, an affordable and clean place to sleep
