"Exceptional"

The property was better than what I saw when we pulled up in front. The outside was neat and clean, but it looked old. Check in was easy and fast. When we went to our room we were pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, had new carpet and the bathroom looked like everything was new. Only problem was the bed was hard to me, hubs said he loved it.

"HORRIBLE. SCAM. BEWARE."

The staff was completely absent, the room was musty, the staff purposefully avoided checkout to avoid giving CASH deposit back. So they could pocket the money. I waited in -5° weather for 30min and the front door was locked and noone came to the ringing of THREE doorbells glued to the door frame. Also the room key drop off box makes it so they avoid giving deposit back. HORRIBLE experience. Do NOT stay there.
