Second stay so I must've been happy the first time! As before, you wouldn't guess how good the rooms are from the property's outward appearance, but the complex was getting a paint job during this stay, so that will no doubt improve matters. Had a deluxe room this time (the standards were all gone); the room really did approach "boutique inn" quality. And you can make coffee with the K-cups provided. Ceramic mugs even!

I attempted to check in at 5 PM on the day of my first reservation. The room was delayed by two hours because they were painting the outside of the building. Very inconvenient after driving and working all day.

Looks like your typical nondescript roadside motel from maybe the 1950s on the outside (but well taken care of), but was surprised that the room and its furnishings looked as good as new on the inside. Spotless too except for the occasional and forgivable scuff mark. Amenities: shampoo as well as soap, although the soap was bottled Softsoap hand soap. No big deal from my point of view. As to the all-important “coffee in high LDS country?”: I booked what I thought was the least expensive room, and there was a Keurig with two coffee pods. I was perfectly comfortable. Only possible drawback was that the A/C unit was a bit loud, but that didn’t bother me.

I love this little motel. Roigh on the outside, nice remodeled rooms on the inside. The owner is extremely kind and checking in was a breeze. The thing that I liked the most was the feeling of being in a little mountain cabin and listening to the crickets as I fell asleep. The convience and location is simple. I would recommend this quaint little motel if you are passing through Sandy, Utah and need a place to rest your head. It's definitely a place you would want to come back to. Hi Y'all, We stayed at this hotel last night. The exterior of the hotel is a little dated looking. Don't let that stop you from staying here. The rooms have been remodeled and are wonderful to stay in. Very comfortable, microwave and mini fridge. We had a sink in our room and one in the bathroom. The toilet and bathtub both looked new. I would love to have that bathroom in my house actually. I could have stayed for a month and been very comfortable. Great Job y'all.

It may be rough on the outside but the rooms and service are definitely awesome. People were super friendly and the room we had was comfortable and so clean and updated. The bed was so comfortable. I slept like a baby

From the outside it looks rundown but the rooms a beautifully remodeled. Very surprisingly modern.
