Rancho Motel

Hotel.com should discard this facility. It is an embarrassment to your reputation. I have stayed in a hotel room without running water, a room in winter without heat, and slept in a room on a bamboo floor. But, I would take any of those rooms again before I would stay a Rancho Motel. You should do better vetting of your business partners.

Owner wanted to charge me 100$ even tho I purchased for 50$ online. They gave me a roach infested room with other bugs. I was cut in the shower. Bedding was used and towels were dirty.

I moved out after I found cockroaches in the room. Expedia gave me a full refund.

Fast easy check in, very quiet area

It was average. No ice or vending. Checkin was a little sketch. You get what you pay for.

Always a pleasure at this location

The room smelled horrible. Thr shower drain was full of hair and stuff that the water did not drain. I asked to change rooms but they refuse. The bed sheets were beige, not white. The worst hotel i have ever been to. Motel 6 is luxury conpared to this motel. They didnt want to return the refund for the key. Last thing to mention, the roof looks like they are falling and the ac was tapped to the wall.

I always enjoy my stay here and love that I get a new room each time I check in. I want to try to get a room in all of them so I can truly say I've stayed in the all.
