Rancho Motel

Very disrespectful very unclean. Had wires hanging out of the electrical socket mold on the walls of the bathroom. I have pictures of everything stains on the sheets of the bed very unpleasant people to deal with when I expressed my concerns they kept repeating what are you expect for $60 I left booked another hotel and they wouldn’t give me a refund at after being checked in for only 20 minutes

Served its purpose, which was a place to crash for a few hours. Accessible to public transportation. Limited grocery store walking distance. 24h reception. A few roaches.

They had a door leading into the room that someone could get into that I didn’t like.

Property well taken care owners run a tight ship

Shower was flooding poor plumbing no towels tv doesn’t work and it was poorly furnished

This hotel was disgusting and very ran down the air conditioner didn't work the smoke alarms was beeping all night long and when I told management they didn't do anything the bed was super hard and they gave us 2 flat pillows that we had to fold in half just to have some type of comfort the towels were really horrible they were gray and falling apart. This place was the worst nightmare ever. Just stay away from here

no equip with proper utilities no cold water

For somewhere just to sleep sure its fine. It just lacks.

Very comfortable room with all I needed. Nice view of Mt. Baldy.
