Outdated, missing remote in room when asked the night rep said they didn’t have any extra. Never been to a hotel/motel tht didn’t provide a remote. Then his solution was “welcome to Jersey” when I said it was ghetto

Had a good stay. The bed was old from four years ago. I was in the same room with the same flat bed. The furniture is old. The room is designed nice but needs upgrades. Tub is ok but the features are broken. The room was so warm and cozy. I loved the shower with the glass. If the room was upgraded it will be amazing

Toilet was broken Was left a used toilet paper roll, half way used no extra rolls Used soap bar was left in the bathroom No tv remote (couldnt use tv) Jacuzzi was still dirty No hot water for shower
