Soggiorno regolarmente pagato in anticipo, all'arrivo mi hanno sgradevolmente rifiutato il check-in dicendomi che non lavoravano più con terze parti, Booking.com compreso. Dopo due settimane non ho ancora ricevuto notizie da Booking in merito al sacrosanto rimborso.

Poor location, booked it online when I made it they said they didn't honor booking. Com and I had to pay for a room that was already paid for then listed me as a no and now Its mission impossible to get my money back.

Very Unprofessional and Frustrating Experience — Avoid This Place I’m extremely upset with my experience here. I had already prepaid for my stay online, only to arrive and be told they no longer accept online bookings. The man at the front desk said they only take cash now and offered to give me a room if I paid him in cash — which honestly felt like a scam or To make things worse, he was literally asleep when I showed up, completely unbothered by the fact that I was stranded with no room after already paying. When I tried to explain the situation, his response was, “Blame my boss, don’t blame me.” This is not how a business should treat paying customers. Stay far away from this place and book somewhere reputable. I’ve never dealt with such unprofessionalism and blatant disregard for guest.

Bad service everytime. Rude and too patient.. as in they will make u wait 20 mins plus at desk. Seen the desk guy playing games on an ipad!
