Travel Inn by OYO, Hwy 80 - Jackson

I was not able to stay at this location as the company had overbooked several reservations that walked in as I was working on getting a refund which I am currently waiting on.

THIS IS A PLACE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOWHERE. THERE IS NOTHING AROUND, A PERSON FEELS COMPLETELY ISOLATED. LIKE BEING IN A REMOTE PLACE. THE STAFF DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING AT ALL. THEY ARE UNABLE TO GIVE ANY INFORMATION ABOUT THE SURROUNDINGS AND LET ALONE ABOUT THE CITY. WAISTE OF TIME ENCLOSED IN A PRISON ROOM.

AT LEAST TO EDUCATE THE STAFF

Cartier très délabré , extérieur avec des bris tout autour, intérieur pas très à cacceuillant mais je dois admettre que les gens logeant sur place étaient tous très sympathiques et de confiance et notre chambre avait un lit bien confortable. Nous n’avons pas payer cher alors je pourrais ajouter que je suis tout de même satisfaite pour le prix mais je ne recommande pas nécessairement ce cartier pour la sécurité, même l’accueil était barrée et on nous répondait via une petite fenêtre…c’est tout dire. Pour une nuit, ça allait!

The receptionist asked me if I had a reservation which I did, I booked a room through Booking.com. At the time it seemed like he found it. He charged me for the stay(I didn’t prepay for the room). But the next day, after we left Booking.com charged me a no show fee! I’ll get my money back but the place isn’t worth the hassle.

The person checking me in walked to my room and made sure it was ready for me.

Not bad for looks if outside and location

The attendant wouldn't allow me to check in 30 minutes early. The facility was not in a safe location and the place was very dirty in appearance. The attendant kept my booking fee and refused a refund after being very rude

Had to go get more tp and door didn't lock with key.

Nothing. Literally 👍 nothing.

After presenting my booking to the possibly drunk and 👍 unprofessional front desk worker, I was turned away. 👋 claimed that they were not honoring any online bookings because the price was too cheap/wrong. 🙌, I said online BOOKING. As in, it was already BOOKED hours before.
