LAKE INN

This place was so disgusting that we left without staying. Check in was a red flag as it looked like the inside of someone’s garage. We had to sign a hand written photo copied “no refunds” note before handed our room key. We got to our room and there was mold, hair, and stains on the bedsheet, the bathroom was filthy of feces all over the toilet, the room smelled terriblyodf mold and cigarette smoke, and there was a hole in the wall covered by a piece of laminate flooring screwed to the wall. We tried to get a refund but the office staff declined and offered to give us a new room. We chose to leave because the hotel was so gross and a new room probably wouldn’t have been any better.

The entire place, exterior, office and my room reeked of cigarette smoke. Disgusting. On the plus side, the room was clean and the front desk staff were very polite and friendly.

Comforter had burn holes in it and the entire room smelled like cigarette smoke in the non smoking room... Worst condition I've ever experienced

Everyone one here is very nice and extremely helpful which makes or breaks your stay. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

Great stay

Won’t stay here again. Was questioned on my service animal and had an argument with the lady in the office over the phone about it and she hung up on me. Never have I been asked so many questions on about my service dog. It was a heated conversation.
