Great location accessible parking and easy check in. Our room was dirty and very outdated. It felt like a cheap hotel.

Our room was very clean, and was a 2-min walk from the beach! A/C worked great too!

Would like to have seen staff on site

Pretty good after all

The hotel looks like it’s a great stay until you see the wood decking is in need of repair as the boards do not even sit on the joist! Then you open the room and the overwhelming musty smell smacks you in the face! We opened the window and door to attempt to air it out but it wasn’t enough! The towels are basically rags The high note is the woman who works there. She is very pleasant and got us “newer” towels quickly.

We had a great trip to Surf City. Our room was very clean and easy walking distance to the beach. The kitchen was a plus for breakfast. We will be back for sure.

The service was a little different. We had no maid service. So we had to go across the street to get clean towels. Other than that it was a good place to stay.

The motel was nice and quiet. Just a quick walk to the beach. Unfortunately the elevator and the pool (on the beach side) were out of order. We had to walk up and down 3 flights all weekend. The bathroom was a little small. But overall it was a nice place to stay for a quick beach trip and I would go again.

El sitio no comunicó al Inn que la estancia y cuando llegamos no teníamos la reservación . Tomó más de una hora en que pudieran comunicarse a Hotels.com para corroborar la reservación. Párese trivial, pero no lo es tanto cuando el viaje está perfectamente planeado, tres niños y es fecha pico. No sirven lámparas, puertas y elevador; los carros maleteros están oxidados y le falta limpieza profunda al lugar. Sin embargo planeo regresar porque el lugar es muy tranquilo y la alberca tiene buen tamaño.
