Toilet wasn’t secure to the floor, the exhaust fan didn’t work in bathroom, missed extra blankets in the room. Window was open when we arrived

Location was good for us and Main Street was within walking distance - 15 minutes. Staff were very friendly and polite .

Room was very dated and needed some redecoration. Very large TV but it didn't work.

Only two pillows for two adults. Should be 4...2 per adult.

I stayed 6 nights which saved me $500 from staying at a much nicer hotel. That worked for me because I had other things to do during the day. The room was clean as were the linen and towels. I liked that it had a small refrigerator but the freezer part needed defrosting BAD. I didn't use the coffee maker in the room, nor would I. The shower worked well, good size w/tub; good water pressure and plenty of hot water. The A/C worked well, the room temperature was comfortable. The TV had Direct TV, including HBO and could watch a movie w/o commercials which was nice. I felt safe and there were not many other people staying there so other than the traffic noise, it was quiet. There was a small table with two chairs where you can sit to eat.

The front office is locked from the drive up area, even during the day and you talk to a person on the other side of a mirror type window so you cannot see them. Very impersonal. The bathroom door had areas that were painted over areas that were damaged, like maybe it was kicked. The staff replaced towels most of the time and only made the bed once. There was no ice machine or vending machines but there are stores close by if I needed anything. They did not offer any complementary beverages, breakfast or whatever. It's very humid there so I had to use the A/C all the time, but it's loud. The hotel is right off the main street so if there's a lot of traffic, some of which is loud, you'll hear it. The pillows are fluffly until you rest your head and then they flatten out; using two isn't ideal but it's an option when you have flat pillows. There's no comfortable seating other than the dining table chairs. That's not really comfortable to watch a movie, but you can always sit on the bed, which is what I did. Ideally you're enjoying the town and surroundings and not staying in the room much.
