Air conditioner was not cooling the room

Soon as we walked into the room we knew it was a mistake but after driving 12hrs and it was the only place for another hour so we stayed the room had roaches all over even in the mini fridge the towels were so stained we couldn’t even take a shower

Room was clean, very nice staff upon check in. I would stay again when passing through Waynesboro again. Close to all restaurants in town.

Toilet was broken and to noisy from guest playing music to loud

I usually don’t complain but felt necessary to say something. One night stay. Stayed here before due to limited area hotels. First of all, online check-in time different as explained by clerk on site. Had to wait 20 mins while he (same person) cleaned the room. Once in room, a/c died but he reset breaker. Rm: rusted fridge door & fridge itself was not working. Bathroom’s wall paper is peeling over shower. Like I said before, our second visit, in as many yrs.

So clean. Owners are so very nice! Very accommodating! Super clean rooms. Great customer service. Anytime I am in Waynesboro, i will be staying here!

Amazing services. Rooms were very clean and smell good. Brand new appliances.

Area close to bad neighborhood. Heater in room took too long to heat up.
