Green Dolphin Motel

Parking was very tight and not easy to get in and out of. Train went by three different times during the night which was extremely loud. There is no insulation between floors so you can hear every noise from above.

It was cute cozy motel by beach.. it is little old but it is still good for us to stay here! We enjoyed it lot!

Absolutely wonderful from check-in to check-out. Will be staying here again!

We were not happy with our stay at your property. Beds are old and springs hurt your back. Furniture is old and dated and looked dirty as did the sheets and comforter. Dust ruffle has holes in it. Went to take a shower..no hot water...and when it finally gets warm it shuts off completely. Hot water in the kitchen area" Didnt take shower the next day. Very disappointed and I would not recommend staying here unless the do some major work. Room did not look anything like the photos. Very dark with low lighting. Chair in room was old and gross. It's amazing they get so much money for these rooms off season. Won't be back Positives. close to down town and beach.

Well located. Near everything you need for a tourist place. It's a good thing they have very stick rules for quietness after 10pm because the building is not very well insolated.

It was not overly clean. The coffee maker hadn't been cleaned in quite some time, we didn't use it and went out for coffee each morning. The shower curtain had mold on it. No sink in the bathroom. We brushed our teeth in the kitchenette. floors had sand on them from previous guests. I don't mind outdated rooms with uncomfortable beds as long as the place is clean, but it wasn't very clean. We stayed two nights and liked this for the location, walking distance to everything. The outside pool area was nice. Very overpriced for what you get.
