Blue Beach Motel

I have stayed with you guys a few times your clean, fairly priced in a good locations for marine industry.

Adequate accommodations for an overnight trip to URI. Clean. Small rooms with only a desk chair no other seating. Nice staff!

Room could have been cleaned better. TV not working. Plenty of empty space could have used another chair or two.

So the owners/managers were super-nice. But know this is a motel with outside access to each room like a cheap motel so you have to keep your blinds fully shut if you don’t want people looking in and to block our bright streetlights just outside your window. And the floors looked clean but if you walked barefoot for even a few minutes the soles of your feet were dark brown from dirt! The room were large and comfortable but no hairdryers or extra blankets and only one hanger. Brewery at the front had a great breakfast-that the manager had 10% off coupons for. I’d just expect a cheaper price for a motel set up with no extra amenities.

Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable, but it did make a fun noise when I would roll over. Pillows were comfortable. Microwave, small fridge, tv, desk and chair. Wish there was a coffee maker. Room darkening honeycomb blind. Wish there was a sheer layer for light, but privacy since the rooms are on the ground floor. Guessing the rooms were renovated fairly recently. They have done a nice job making the rooms current and comfortable for a basic level motel. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

You can tell the owners care about the property. The mirror is anti fog and has a light and they do a good job maintaining the exterior and the rooms. Mine had a nice desk area. The led lighting under the roof was a nice touch. Theres a brewery and srestaurant very close by.

A nice, clean economy motel. Restaurant on premises in evenings. Perfect for quick visit to family or touring the area. Recommend

Looks new, clean, large room(basic)

Was looking for a nice spot with a jacuzzi and this spot was it I had a great time
