Country Inn of Shelby

Great place for a one night stop on a long trip. Right off the interstate, so easy off and on. Nice gas station and c- mart right across the road.

FYI -Very, very limited dining options in Shelby. We stopped in Avoca, one exit from Shelby, for dinner.

Liked that it was close to I-80 and allowed us to have our small dog.

Great motel. Very clean, clean, comfy beds, pet friendly, fridge, micro and great employees. Definitely stay again.

Most horrible place we ever stayed in 42 yrs! 1st room had crusty semen stains on the sheet & under pillow, and used towel & wash cloth hanging on backside of bathroom door. Floors were filthy & not vacuumed because it had sand/dirt around the beds. Very gross rooms. Only one other guest at the entire place. Felt like we were in a scary movie set. There is not another place around and being very tired we had to stay. But we left early morning so we could just put it behind us.

This is a nice place

We were there for the College Baseball World Series in Omaha (40 minutes away) The place was old, but clean and comfortable and wifi, shower, etc all worked. The price was fantastic. Not luxury, but a VERY GOOD DEAL!

Stay here every year. Beds are the most comfortable of any hotel I've ever been in. Super cute, homey feel. Highly recommend.

It was just below average one night stay. Uncomfortable beds and outdated sheets and covers. They close at 11:00, so make sure you call them in advance if you are arriving later. We only stayed there because there was a Tesla charger across the hotel.
