It was fine for what we paid. Older facility, showing some wear, but clean enough.

Close to the interstate and several good gas stations with food around.

It could have been cleaner. Big cobweb with flies stuck in it above the curtain and the lamps were coated with dust, TV was all dusty, the corners around the room were dirty. It could use some updates. But you get free what you pay for and with tax it was only $73.

Our first room was not clean upon entry, so we pulled back the sheets to check the mattress and there was stain that appeared to be vomit but not totally sure what bodily fluid was on it. The attendant was friendly and gave us another room, but the code didn’t work. He came and reset the code and there was underwear on the bed and a suitcase, so then we got a 3rd room. It was also not clean, so we made a not with the attendant that we refused to stay at the hotel. We arrived around maybe 8 pm after driving 9 hours. We ended up driving another 4 hours to get to Davenport and slept at a truck stop because it was cleaner. We asked for a refund through Hotels.com because of the conditions, but never heard back after receiving a case number. I know there are not many other choices along I-80, but I would recommend driving anywhere else if feasible. I understand this is a budget option, and the campground may be OK, but the cleanliness and condition of the hotel were unacceptable.

We had to arrive past checkin time and they were so friendly and accommodating - we really appreciated the extra care and courtesy. Although the facilities are “well-worn” they are clean and comfortable and we would definitely stay there again!

Easy experience and kind proprietor, room was very well stocked and the ambiance was great. It was a little uncomfortable but for the price totally worth it.

The air conditioning did not blow on us. We spent a comfortable night.
