Unit 13 smelled like mildew/mold so bad we couldn't even stay there. We left within 30 minminutes.

Needed a place for overnight on our journey. Small & quaint. Rooms are clean & have coffee, fridge & microwave . No one on property but there is an available #to call if needed. Would stay again.
Historical little place but clean and comfortable. Met the manager and she was a busy little gal and willing to help! A/C works great!
Good concept but still needs some work. I'm not sure there is much that can be done with the noise both from the road and between units. It is what it is.
It was a cute little place for sure. And a nice little place to stay while we worked in Alligator Point over the weekend. The only complaint that I have is that we stayed in one of the single digit rooms and there was parking behind the building. Around 12:30 amsomeone pulled up with their car and left their lights on for a few minutes and it woke us up because the lights from the car came through the bathroom blinds and directly in our faces while we were in bed.
