Lovely retro-style motel with updated fixtures.
My family enjoyed our stay here. It was convenient to many state parks and public beach areas. The only negative was that there were no kayaks for us to use as was stated in the property description and confirmation emails. If you stay, be sure to try out Posey's Seafood across the street - it was amazing!
Everything was great.
It was good. The room needed a small table with chairs to eat. There was cooking abilities but nowhere to sit and eat. Also no luggage caddy to fold out and put luggage on.
The whole community is run down. The motel was a poorly refurbished motel. It was clean, great water pressure, good beds. Water temps were reversed, shower walls and closet were poorly constructed. Parking was tight. Way overpriced for the community.
The motel was nice, but the bay access was not much to experience. Great if you a looking to get right on the water on a watercraft. But beyond that there was far too little space and far too many bugs to be a reason to stay at the motel. There are nearby beaches where you can sit and watch the sunset.
Nice place to stay for the night! A little small for a family, however, singles on a fishing trip would be perfect!

Great spot! So many cool rivers and water spots nearby. Great easy checking. Best water pressure I’ve ever - i wanted to wash my hair 100x but I’m a tree hugger!
