It was very clean good location but the rooms were old needs an update.

The location was nice.

The staff was very hard to work with and very unsympathetic. Our fridge went out first night destroying hundred of dollars of food and the managers did nothing to compensate for our loses.

I loved having the kitchenette but without dish soap we didn’t use it.

The property has people milling around outside making my daughter uncomfortable going to the car alone to get things. She’s 24. I told her that those people live here permanently.

The receptionists were friendly and gave us ease to collaborate in adjusting the extension of our stay. The housekeeping staff are cordial and accommodating when requesting coffee packets or other items. They take pride in their services to present a clean environment. This location offers excellent parking, and the rooms are large and spacious. The kitchenettes include kitchenware, a midsize 6–8 cup drip coffee maker, a full-size refrigerator, and a microwave. The bathrooms are stocked with extra hygiene supplies. Additionally, the mattresses are reasonably comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The doors slam shut automatically and lack soundproofing; conversations from the hallway are easily audible. Furthermore, guests smoke marijuana in their rooms, creating a strong odor in the hallways. If you stay in a rear-facing room, cigarette and marijuana smoke from guests in the back parking lot will enter your room. While I respect the medicinal uses of these substances, the resulting secondhand smoke and chemical exposure are highly unpleasant for other guests. The internet’s WiFi lags, which was frustrating while conducting important business activities.

On my reservation for two nights, I indicated I was arriving late to the hotel , between 1-2am. As I was waiting with my 74 yo dad for his suitcase at SFO at 12am, I received a called from the hotel front desk to let me know they didn't have any room available, so that AT THAT TiME I had to find a different hotel to stay. What is the point of making a reservation and provide a credit card, if the hotel doesn't honor the agreement. Calling 1 hr before my arrival was very irresponsible and unfair for my elder dad that was traveling for 14 hours. It was hard to find a room at that time, and the only one e I found costed me 2.5 times more that the original reservation.
