The room was very clean. We stayed in a room that allowed dogs and it didn’t have a dog smell. The top cover on the beds were a dingy brown. Didn’t like that. Otherwise it was great

Great place to stay. It was full when we were there and we never heard any of the other occupants. It’s not fancy but it was nice and had everything we needed. I would highly recommend it and I would be happy to stay there again!!!

"Super quiet and very comfortable bed "

My room was very clean, very comfortable bed. I didn’t toss and turn at all!!! The first thing I noticed when I woke up was how quiet it was. Coffee shop, great restaurant, and theatre were right down the street.

"Loved the B&B Motel!"

Our room was so clean, and well kept. We recently stayed in a more expensive big hotel in Indianapolis, and it would have gotten 1 and 2 stars in all categories. This was place was excellent.
