Westport RV Park & Motel

Where to start! Got there, lady in office, while very nice had been there 5 days with basically no training evident. Did not know a whole lot about the RV park. I booked by phone with a man who assigned us RV site #5. They, the lady and a young girl took us to #5 and said we could just pull thru even though it was not a pull thru site. So we pulled thru and the sewer was on the wrong side so they suggested I run it under the trailer. That's not the disaster but it could of been. Sewer line under the trailer? Do people do that? So we drove around to the other side to pull in so the sewer line was on the right side of the trailer. And...... We got wedged between a telephone pole and the electrical box! There was no room to maneuver. If we backed up we would be in someone's landscaping which we did once until the lady of the house came out and totally freaked. I finally, after probably 15 tries, powered through, ripped my awning up pretty bad and broke off the awning end cap. My wife and I separately went and apologized to the homeowner. She cooled down and said they should not have assigned us that site. She said a previous visitor had actually backed over her fence trying to get in that site. So I went to inform the office what had happened, they came out, took pictures and said they would get back to us. They did. Not their problem! The next morning we were told we had to move. They put us in the wrong site. So we packed up and moved. Actually it was a much better site. We were away from the full time patrons who live in the campground and want to know your business. We are not fans of this RV/Vacant lot they call a campground! Do yourself a favor and don't stay here. There are a lot of other options. We were waiting for our site to become available at Grayland State Park. That is the only reason we tried Pacific Motel & RV.

Very disappointed. The pictures showed a much nicer place than it was. Drug dealing was going on near us. We weren’t given the combination to the bathrooms or the Wi-Fi password. No one would answer the phone and no one was in the office. We arrived with our RV on Monday and didn’t get any of the codes or passwords until Friday. Will not be back. It could be a great place.

We stayed in the Captains room and it was perfect for our family. The room was cleaa and very comfortable. The owner Spencer is a fun and humorous person that cares about guest experience. Spencer even started a fire for our kids to have smores. We will be back to stay with our RV to go surfing or fishing in summer as this is a great place to get to beach quickly an easily. Can not say enough about the service. Thank you to the whole team at Pacific Hotel and RV.

After booking Breaker's Boutique Inn for an after-dark clam dig, I was informed day-of by email that my reservation had been canceled. Apparently the property had been purchased. Scrambling at the last minute, I booked a room at Pacific Motel & RV. During my drive over, Spencer called me personally to inform me about the details of the contactless checkin, and greeted me when I arrived as he was outside. We chatted for a while, and he gave me some details about the history of the place, which was neat; but all the while he was checking in to make sure things were to our liking and giving helpful details. During this time, some girls had hit a volleyball onto the roof, and he climbed up and got it for them. After we came back from our dig, he had started a fire outdoors for making s'mores; unfortunately I couldn't attend as my son had started getting a migraine. But as I reflect back on it, Spencer turned our weekend experience 180 degrees in a positive direction. I can't speak highly enough of the personal touch to the service you'll find staying here. The room I was in, #1, wasn't big, but had all the amenities my son and I needed: two beds, bath and shower, TV, mini-fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, dishes, coffee maker, etc. The room was immaculately clean and cozy, with nice fixtures and finishes and features, and it was clear all the little details were thought of. I'll definitely stay here again the next time I'm in Westport!

We have really been enjoying finding small independent motels that have been refurbished and upgraded. Pacific Motel & RV did not disappoint us! Not only have the new owners remodeled and upgraded the place, they brought along a spirit and level personal service that is seldom found anymore. Spencer, the owner/ manager is a joy to deal with and his example is being followed by the rest of the staff. In fact, we have already booked our next stay! Thank you Spencer!

We arrived to a clean and well-equipped room. The room layout was very comfortable and roomy and included a kitchen area with microwave, refrigerator, sink and dishes. We appreciated the excellent bed!

There was a mix-up in our booking in which I was looking for specific ammenities for my elderly parents and myself. Spencer and his team went the extra mile to accomadate us, he was very caring and thoughtful. His personal attention is something of a rarity these days and will not soon be forgotton! We had a wonderful stay, and look forward to staying again. Thank you Spencer!

We loved Pacific Motel & RV. The room was great and so was Spencer, the owner/manager. Clean, comfortable, close to the beach, great value -- highly recommend! Will try to be back someday. Thanks for having us .

Pacific motel and rv is nice and a very clean place. Everything is Well maintained and very quiet. Pool was nice and clean and is heated. We would stay here again when in Westport. This motel had very easy and clear instructions for checking in and out.

We were very happy with our stay at Pacific Motel and RV! Our motel room was VERY clean and well taken care of for a classic coast motel. The pool was big, with a nice deep end, clean, and the perfect temp. The owner was always available and brought us a nice fan without us even having to ask for it on an unseasonably warm day. We could walk to Blackbeard’s Brewery and the beach.
