Good location but the property needs a lot of up keep and maintenance.
Customer service was excellent—even at 1:00 AM! They answered all my questions and were incredibly helpful. I highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area. It's impressive that they answer the phone any time, day or night!

We heard sounds like mice running around in the building during the night- a bit disconcerting. Also the breakfast was minimal compared to other places. No elevator
it was just ok.
The feont desk waa very nice & friendly. Hoqever when walking into the building rhwrw was a musty smwll & the room floors were not clean.
Parking was terrible and there were several other vehicles parked cross ways in the lot blocking some other vehicles. There were several long dark hairs in the bed, which also seemed to have just been made, but linens not changed. The toilet still had streaks in it from the previous guest. There were several mystery drip stains on the murals where the headboards go. There were also several places on the walls where the paint had come off from the bed banging up against it, also the floors are scratched from the bed moving.
Room was old and outdated. Could not access tv stations without a sign in. No hairdryer in the bathroom. Fridge was room temp 👎
The property was clean but had broken items (like lamp shades, missing hair blowers, broken wall lights, missing bathroom light covers, drawer knobs, etc..) Small items that make it seem unkept. Had a room too close to the front desk and tables there and was noisy at night with people talking at late hours.
Was in a walking boot and check in ckerk gsve me the room next to the door and took my suitcase to t he room. Very helpful. Rom was clean but just functional.
