Location

Very noisy a lot of activity in parking lot at night. Loud music being played in other rooms knocking against walls water temperature/pressure inconsistent. Shower squealing. I will not return to this location.

Nothing this property is disgusting. I felt unsafe and very uncomfortable.

I walked out and went to a different hotel. I thought I might get bed bugs or worse.

Location to highway

The room i reserved was for non- smoking and we were told none was available so we were giving a smoking room and it had odor of smoke.

It had a full size refrigerator

The non smoking room smelled like smoke, shower water pressure sucked

Bathtub full of someone else’s hair and pubic hair. Door doesn’t open correctly leading into room. Sheets had black stains on them. Someone is loudly working on their car in the parking lot. Directions for heater/AC are peeled off. The room is disgusting.

Staff were friendly

Noise in the log term resident above my room was intolerable -- pacing all night long and i could hear every step.

The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was nice and clean.

a great, quiet place to stay convenient to everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was large and had many wonderful amenities. Closet was huge. Shower had plenty of hot water and showerhead good pressure. Will stay here again.

The floors in the bath, kitchen and bed area were of different materials and heights so there were covers on the seams that I kept catching my feet on and almost lost my balance and fell one time. I wished the lounge chair was easier to get closed, it was hard to kick it shut as I'm older, and the TV could have been a little larger in size. The controller buttons were not easily managed for arthritic fingers.
