"Asked for bottom floor and bon smoking . Allergies are bad . Wasn't happy with outdated room"

Location

Rooms were very outdated and appliances. Top blanket room 238 was ful of smoke burns . Not a smoker too smokey and bothered my allergies real bad .

"No. Just no...go somewhere else!!!"

This was absolutely the dirtiest room I have seen. The bathroom had hair dirt and paper on the floor, burns on the toilet seat and the shower curtain, and almost no water pressure. Honestly this was cleaner when we left vs when we arrived. Also absolutely reeked of dogs with hair thru the room still. Would never recommend or stay here again.

"WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!"

I absolutely LOVE the staff that works there! Most were VERY NICE and FRIENDLY! Mr. Alex ISSSS the BEST!! He deserves A RAISE! They were "pet" friendly. The young lady who works the front desk was extremely nice as well. She deserves a RAISE also!

I didn't like the towel service. I had several strands of someone's hair in my towels. I have a "thing" about that! I was told that was static cling from the dryer but I had to get fresh new ones to have the others replaced.

"The room was good, need more lighting in the parking lots!! Please, make the long term residents pick up their dog poop!"

Liked everything but,,, other people not picking up their Dog poop!! I show all over the states, I pick my dog’s poop, everywhere we go!! It is the irresponsible dog owners, that make it,, hard to find nice hotels!!
