We were a little scared at first because of the reviews but once we got there and went into the room it was like the ritz of motels. We will definitely be staying again

I had a confirmed booking just to find out that I couldn't book there ? Because my card got declined in the front office ? When I paid for it and it's non refundable online. Well if course they charged me that's how I was able to book my booking. And they tried to charge me twice after ? Of course Ive only had enough in on my card to book and pay for my booking ONE time.

Poor customer service help.
