The property is basic but clean and very comfortable. And the staff are extremely kind and very helpful.

My only issue was I requested a handicap accessible room and shower(wheelchair), when I booked on Booking.Com and unfortunately Booking .Com did not reserve the correct room or provide the hotel with the request. When we arrived the staff(Ravi & Avi) tried to make adjustments to accommodate to ensure that we were taken care of although it was not the fault of the hotel. Our 2nd day first thing the moved us to the handicapped room and even made sure all our luggage got moved and the room was extremely clean and air conditioner was cold and a welcome when we returned from our day in the city. We did not have to wait around and waste time waiting to be moved. The house keeping staff that took care of us Espi and Esmi were so kind and took amazing care of us even pressed the pillow cases when I requested extra pillows(they were warm and nice in our cooled room.
