It was a place to sleep

There were no towels set up in the room, not so great smell, the floor had coffee spilled on it and cookies left in the refrigerator from previous guest. There was no more than a sheet on the bed which with the lack of cleanliness from the rest of the room, I HOPE that the bedding was clean. Also, I am not typically one to complain, but there was never a “pet fee” disclosed. I booked/paid online, I got there to check in and it states ON the WALL that up to 2 pets stay free. I was then informed that there was a $10 pet fee, which was actually a $15 pet fee that I had to pay before I got my key (mind you I already paid my nightly booking fee). I understand updating policies and such, but please update the information on the websites and on your lobby wall. Quite disappointed.

Towels was sorti only one bath towels, one bath mat and one washcloth for a room that sleeps 4 there was blood stain on the bed and towels was extremely dirty and the staff was ok. Lady at the front desk doing the graveyard shift was very nice the manager who is the own was extremely rude.

The tv only had 1 channel. The bathroom light was out. The room had no towels and when I asked they handed me stained towels that looked like they belonged in a mechanic shop. The microwave didn’t have a plate. Flying bugs were in the room.

This facility is adequate. Reasonably clean. Fixtures in working order. They only gave us one towel for two people, no wash cloths, no bathmat, no shampoo. Undrinkable coffee.
