I made a reservation- when I arrived, there was nobody at the front desk and the lobby was locked. I called their emergency number multiple times with no response. I had to book at the property next door. In the morning, I called several times with no response. I’m currently in the process of getting a refund through Booking.com

"Decent stay. Needs a visit from an exterminator."

"Expecting the worst and was pleasantly surprised"

I expected the worst for the price and was shocked by how cleanliness it was. No bugs…. The staff was incredible and bent over backwards to make sure I enjoyed my stay

It’s old if that matters to you but it is clean, the bed was nice and the staff were second to none. The only negative is the sliding glass doors - keeping the room warm was hard with them during freezing temps but that is no one’s fault
