This place might be a few minutes off the freeway but not a problem. Owner emailed me a key code and room number so we had instant access when we arrived. I happened to meet the friendly and accommodating local owner. His Sinclair gas station had much better prices than the stations out on the freeway. This older style motel was clean and updated and the only thing I would suggest is adding 3 or 4 coat hooks by the front door. The next morning we filled up on fuel and chatted with the guy at the station who shared fun suggestions about the local attractions in the area. We also met more friendly people up at the Mercantile store which is definitely worth seeing.

Got a code by email. Parked and walked in our unit. Never interfaced with anyone. Great unit. Old but very clean. Everything you need for a rest on your journey.
