We thought, by its name, it would be much closer to the lake. However, it’s on a busy street with no sight of the lake, but on nice property and very clean.

The hotel is nice and clean. The lady who manages the hotel also has a small diner and pie shop on site with amazing pies.

"Nice lodge, we might stay there again."

The room is nice although the bathroom is small. The bed is uncomfortable, its outdated. And they only gave two pillows each bed. Oddly they only made one bed when they cleaned our room. I like our parking as I can see it from out window.

It has the look we were looking for. Rustic look. Plus parking in front of door. My sister is handicap and has to take oxygen machine so it was easy to bring in and take out. Didn't like that it was far from things what we were looking to do. But all around a very nice place.
