Travel Inn Gilroy

The front office staff and staff that maintains property were friendly and welcoming. They are trying their best with what they have. It was a quick trip up north and were going to be out 90% of the time so we were not looking for luxury or pool. Overall it was a quite location, our room was clean, and I loved they have no carpet ;) Looks like they are completing remodeling by unit; so be patient :)

C’est la pire expérience que nous ayons jamais eu dans un hôtel. La chambre était ignoble. Le sol était sale, collant, la table, les tables de nuit n’ont pas dû être lavées depuis 10 ans. Je ne vous parle même pas de la literie et des draps avec des poils et des taches sur les oreillers. Un cauchemar. J’ai dormi dans des centaines d’hôtel, je n’ai jamais rien eu de pire que cela. Après réflexion, il vaut mieux dormir dans sa voiture que dans cet hôtel. Fuyez.

The bathroom had a severe leak. You couldn’t wash your hands without flooding the floor. The bed had bed bugs, as soon as I went under the sheets I had an itching reaction, I left immediately. They gave me the handicap room because they had no other room. The room was a disaster.

Friendly staff and the location was convenient!

The grounds could use some work in means of pavement from coming off of the main road there are several large holes that someone would be more than likely to pop a tire on. The tv was a little small and the curtains would move to cover the air conditioner once on.

Keys didn’t work twice trying to get In

All around the manager the housekeeping are great and really like the travel INN nice spot for us .

I pre paid . Got to the hotel and I was told they we’re completely booked and that they didn’t see my reservation in the system . Was told I had to go look some place else . Also was told I was going to get my money back . I reached out to booking.com and gave the details of my experience and never got my refund . I’m very disappointed in the service for this specific date .
