"Lost points"

This hotel came up when I searched for Glenwood Springs. I booked it with my points, then realized it was an hour away. I called and spoke to the manager who was very nice and said he would refund my stay. Hotels.com couldn’t get a hold of anyone and I lost my points. Not happy.

Everything was great. It is a self check in. There is coffee for the morning, I just had to ask for the code. The pillows weren’t my favorite, but I still had a great night sleep.

. Very nice motel in quiet little town. Enjoyed our stay. Very scenic drive to get to the town. Nice area. Will stay there again if we're ever in the area.

Self check in motel was clean and as advertised. Collbran is very small with few eating options. Was $200 less expensive than Grand Junction.
