"Poudre Canyon Trip"

We took a drive from Ft. Collins along Poudre Canyon with stops to see the giant Stupa at Drala Mountain. We spent the night in Walden at one of the cleanest cabin rentals we have ever stayed in. It was simply furnished with a great location off the main drag with restaurants, bars & coffee an easy walk. We especially enjoyed the service & the view at Rita's Cafe. There was some concern about the security regarding the windows but overall the area was very safe & picturesque.

Very nice accommodations, clean and with updated furnishings. Not much to look at on the outside, but that wasn’t important to me. Walden is off the beaten path, so I wasn’t expecting much, so I was pleasantly surprised. I would stay there again.

I never write reviews and I may never write another. But this place is a little gem. The rooms are appointed with everything you need. The grounds are impeccable. When I saw how high the ratings were I was skeptical. But now I see why.
