The fact that they double charged me they charged my card and they charged me cash which man I paid $130 for a room that had no refrigerator no coffee pot no microwave it was dirty as hell and no remote for the TV. They argued with us said they didn't charge it twice wouldn't go back and look at the tapes we requested the person we paid cash to talk to and when she came in she said yes he paid cash as our credit card statement clearly states they also charged their credit card statement they refused to refund anything and told us they would call the cops if we did not leave the property immediately

The TV made loud noises and housekeeping just walks in without knocking

I should have gotton a refund both of the rooms had mold, dirty, the sheets were dirty no towels when I ask for towels I was told they didn't have any, the bathroom light was not working, the T.V. was gone, no microwave. The refrig didn't work it was noisey pool was closed. I need To report this to joblin health department they need to be closed down,black mold is deadly, I should have left right away the employees weren't helpful at all they lock themselves in thier office and u have to talk threw a dirty window if the were other motels we would have left next time view the room before paying, I've got pictures of the mold open high fixtures etc. They have a no refund policy now we know why

They didnt even give me the room i booked. It stunk so bad and we were in non smoking! Their were blood stains on the sheets. There was no lamp, no phone to call front desk. Then police were there twice. Front desk was banging on doors all night so loud. The shower was disgusting. I will never stay there again!

That place was trash if there was bed bugs all over my bed before the night so I ended up not staying there a fight the fact that I reported to bugs two acted them like they didn't know what they were and probably did not report them I ruined seat of my clothes I feel like I could be compensated for at least a couple of days that I had to throw away and my money back for the night I think

I didn't like the bed bugs I had all over my bed I didn't like how crappy the room was I didn't like any of the room service the whole experience was very bad and it cost me money into outfits because I want an immersed for but I'll probably never did

I have stayed at this property multiple times however this experience was HORRIBLE AND I LEFT THERE being told I can't go back to that property due to I complained about bed bugs I have bites EVERYWHERE AND IT WAS 1 NIGHT THIS TIME. This property needs shut down the owners/management staff informed me that since I complained I needed to leave their property and not come back you really should not make any reservations or anything for this place I'm not joking and I wish I could get my $ back but of course when they kicked me out at 3am by a younger man who was extremely intoxicated later to find out his name is Yash and the owner TJ and D were there late that night to get rid of the complainers and was informed to get "the fuck off the property and not come back at 3am after they kept our money and still refuse to compensate me for the night I got kicked out and ate bad from head to toes I have pictures if you need. I WANT MY $57 REFUNDED
