USThere was no breakfast available but we knew that when we booked so we weren't expecting it. I loved the location, the staff was wonderful. I loved the balcony facing the ocean. The high top stools made it easier to see well. There was a nice fridge with a freezer to store ice. Toaster, coffee pot, microwave really everything we needed. I was well pleased and would go again.
It was not handicap accessible. No elevator and we are getting older but can still manage. I would rather have had a walk in shower. The tub was very slick.

USThe location was wonderful right on the beach. The staff was very helpful and the manager took care of us when there was a snafu in our reservations. We have already recommended it to friends and will be back.

Patio furniture was dirty. At night we saw at least 3 roaches on the porch. Given we are outside and that’s hard to control in nature, but it was off putting. Shower curtain was dirty

The staff is wonderful. The room was the cleanest I've seen when visiting a hotel, Verbo or rental....ever! The motel is a short walking distance to the shore which includes your little private back porch, rocking chairs included. The room is fully supplied with pretty much everything you need, and the motel was very quiet, we had guests next door and around us and barely heard them. Plus, and most importantly, they allow dogs!!
