It was just what we needed. Definitely recommended.
My room absolutely reeked of cat pee to the point I developed a severe headache and couldn't even stay there, I wound up sleeping in a chair at family's who live nearby. I complained twice, the first time I was offered air freshener and the second time I was told they would refund me and am still waiting on that refund.

USI love everything about the hotel and the staff the location everything was great. Got to see dolphins swimming got to see sea turtle nest it was just awesome. The people there are really nice and very helpful and understanding. The staff at this hotel is one of the greatest I will ever say. If you want to find a spot in Topsail Beach to stay this is a hidden gem and I promise you you going to love it.
We stayed in the HMS which is the penthouse room. The best part was that we had privacy on our balcony as we drank coffee, listened to the waves and watched the dolphins each morning. The beach is not crowded and you can walk around the end of the island to the sound side as well. The room was clean and had a kitchen with everything you need. The bed was comfy. The people were so nice. I dropped a few things on my way out. They called me and mailed them back right away.

It was absolutely beautiful and peaceful. Beach was not crowded at all. Left stuff out all day with no worries. Balcony right on the ocean. If you go here bring everything you will need as there are be stores or restaurants close. Loved this vacation!
