USHow comfortable the bed was, I slept so good.
The day I checked in there was hair in my bathroom sink and in the bed under the covers, and it was black hair so it wasn’t mine because my hair was red at the time.

It was a roach in my room and when I notified the staff he said it was a fly proceeded to try and kill it it got away and ran all over the bed before he was able to kill it and flush it down the toilet with tissue he still insisted it was a fly even when it didn’t fly away 😔 does this look like a fly to anyone else 🤔 even when I showed him the Google Photos response he still said it wasn’t a roach then requested to change my sheets instead of offering me a refund not even partially half of my refund

The room had a very strange smell inside and half of the plug sockets inside the room did not work also this was the second time in a few months we stayed at this facility and both times the didn’t have a ironing board or an iron available for us. The only plus to this facility is that it is pet friendly. We stayed three days and two nights and never once did house keeping come to see if we needed clean towels we had to request for them ourselves. Prior to these last 2 visit we actually had a decent visit when we took our dogs down one time and prior to that but these last two visits we were not satisfied with the outcome.

I didnt even stay at this hotel! They canceled my reservation while I was on my way from 4 hours away. Will never book with this sketchy hotel
