it was cheap

no toilet paper, stains on the sheets, no towels, tub was missing paint, dirty washcloth in shower, staff said "no smoking marijuana on the property" It was not great

Iwant to file a complaint against this charge. I was on May 18 to make the check in to the hotel and I heard from the hotel reception that my reservation would be canceled due to non-payment. So it doesn't make sense for me to be charged. It is not for the value but for what was said by the hotel reception. I hope there will be reimbursement of the charge. Thanks

Completely disgusting. roaches everywhere. Felt dirty just standing in the room. Didn’t want to sit down. By far the grossest place I’ve ever been. Workers smoking out the office making my room full of thick cigarettes smoke around my infant and young kids. Not recommended for children. Very sketchy characters everywhere.
