Bridge of The Gods

Bathroom had hair in tub and sinks. Toilet was not attached to the floor and rotten floor behind it. Shower curtain was disgusting. Coffee still in coffee pot from previos peole. Salt all over the stove and floor!

Run down. Food truck right outside office. Office and equipment old. Room old and run down. No TV really, a few channels with static. Experience out of 1970s with today’s price.

The room was dirty. Dead bugs on the toilet tank, random pill sitting next to the sink, and the jets in the tub hadn't been cleaned in a while. The staff were nice and responsive when we asked for things like extra pillows and towels. Overall I probably won't come back.

At check in, took 15 minutes to track down someone to check in. Room ok? Dirty floor, someone elses hair on tub. Refrigerator "kitchenette " unit was rusty! TV didn't work. Didn't even get into the shhets given the condition of the rest of the room.

The only reason I even gave one star is because cabin was cute and it was quiet. Urine on toilet. dead fly in bathtub. Check-in handed me toilet paper saying,"You'll probably need this because my cleaning guy wandered off." Refrigerator broken. Smoke alarm missing. AND THEY ADDED FRAUDULENT CHARGES OF $220.00

The front desk staff wasn’t easily available and seemed frustrated. It might have just been an off day for them, but it felt like we were inconveniencing them. The main issue was that it was a 95 degree day and the air conditioning wasn’t turned on. We arrived at 6 pm and it took until at least 10 pm for the room to be cool enough to sleep in. I realized that running AC 24-7 isn’t environmentally friendly, but I think turning it on a couple of hours before check in on hot days would be a reasonable compromise. The rooms are cute and clean and the location is good. It was advertised as having a twin bed but it didn’t come with any bedding, and it was an effort to convince staff to give us any.

Floors were very creeky bathroom door was extremely hard to shut all the way.. there was several hairs in the tub

Room smelled realy bad, thought we might fall through bathroom floor,kitchen area no clean. Been three days have not got my 100 dollar deposit back yet.

We had Room #1, do not take this room, nor others in this building. This place is definitely not worth the $200 for 1 night! Sign says it is luxury....NO, it is not! Customer service needs more courtesy and personal skills - told them we'd be about 25 minutes, they took that as a couple hours, so we had to wait to get checked in at the office, and they almost blamed our wait for them to arrive to check-in on us. The floor darkened our feet, so it definitely needed cleaning! Place needs updating (HVAC units, floor/wall molding, bathtubs, bathroom sinks, etc.). HVAC blows intermittently and definitely has mold issues. At least replace the filter!! We had to keep turning it down to keep it cool. Bedspread was old and needs replacing. The tiny TV had only 20+ or so channels and all channels were either fuzzy or bad quality! While dropping our key, another hotel patron was also perturbed at both the lack of service, poor quality of their stay. They had stayed 3x and had similar lack of service and poor quality room stays. Said the owner is just taking the $ and not putting it into improving the facility other than the 'nice' exterior. DO NOT STAY HERE!

The bedding was lacking, not sure the sheet material but it was very wrinkly like it had been slept in, the bedspread was old and pilled, the noise from roadway was loud but luckily slowed down the later it got.
