La Vista Motel

I left the motel quickly, there were bed bugs and the sheets were dirty with drops of blood and hair and pubic hair. It made me very disgusted and I quickly went to the counter to complain and they told me that I had to call you to get my money back.

Terrible. When we checked in there was a prostitute walking in. The guy checking us in motioned her to stay away. As we started to unload our suitcases 2 men were looking to see what we had. Also a car drove by looking at our car. We definitely were not safe at this location. The next morning as we were loading up the car (we didn’t feel we could leave ANYTHING in the room) we saw 2 people being hurriedly put into a room. It appeared they may have been trafficked or smuggled into the room. The room was clean but definitely not going to stay there again.

The owner was rude made it complicated to check in wouldn't listen to what I had to say.! Refuse my service then told me I was never allowed there! I payed for non smoking room and was trying to get me smoking room

I never felt safe. Taxis were constantly dropping people off at the hotel that were obviously coming directly from the border. They were from all over the world. I had to pay for my room, but people that were violating our laws and invading our country are given free taxi rides and hotels plus a whole lot more, I wont stay there again because of this.

Good owners always trying to provide exceptional service. Gone twice and have been treated as a priority . This past visit had issues with the ac Managment was quick to fix the issue but unfortunate that we had to be moved to a different room. Other than that new restrooms cleaned perfectly and will be coming here again

The sheets were dirty, they had hairs from the previous guess. The tub and the sink also had hairs. The staff tried to excuse themself saying it was the maid's fault and that they had to oversee 45 more rooms.

Took a family trip to brownsville for a wedding and booked a room here for 2 nights. Staff was welcomimg and helpful. Very affordable pricing. Very quiet/calm atmosphere. Going thru some renovations so I cant wait to see how much better it gets next time around.
