Watefront at Potlatch

Our room has a balcony overlooking Hood Canal. We saw lots of fireworks from our balcony.

Grounds and staff are nice, but be mindful the “Comfort Cabins” bedroom face the road and have your pillows about 50 feet from the highway and the room is lit up like daylight from the street lights. Cheap blackout shades would go a long way but not much that can be done from the extreme road noise. Also, beds are about as comfortable as sleeping on the ground. And the “canal view”? Do you mean 5th wheel travel trailer view? Yes, the RV camp sites are positioned in front of the cabins. People were nice, but no privacy. Overall, lots of potential, but wouldn’t plan on staying here again.

Good property. Everything was great including the place and the view of the lake. But the restriction related to flexibility in checkout is disappointing even though we were with them for 2 days. They were asking for $25 for even half an hour of extension.

Very nice place oceanside with a great view from the room deck. Very clean and comfortable bed.

Property is a cute roadside motel with some RV and cabin rentals as well. It is right on the hood canal so you get some great views. It was a super short stay but the room was clean and comfortable.
