"It was convenient but not value for money…staff treatment was bad until one lady acknowledged it was their system glitch"

They cancelled our booking and made it seem like I did something wrong. Ended up give us some shabby rooms other than original booked for, didn’t even give us change.
Not so clean in the bathrooms, even looked shady job on the tub…
